BOOKING PROCEDURE

At ApartHotel Playa Dorada we provide our users with the best booking conditions for our direct guests.
Designed for a comfortable, smooth, effective and safe procedure allowing cancelations and amendments.
A credit card is needed to guarantee the reservation, a payment is to be made as a down payment of the 25% of the total amount . The rest will be paid at the Hotel on arrival either in cash or with credit card.
In case the guest does not appear in the Hotel , Apartments o Villas; ApartHotel Playa Dorada could charge the total amount of the booking.
Booking amendments: To modify any aspect of a reservation please email us at dirección@playadorada.es providing the booking reference.
Children: Under the age of 2 children will be for free, having to share rooms with adults; meal not included. Baby cots are free under availability.
Accepted credit cards: Visa and Master Card. The Hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before the arrival date.
Schedule: Check in starting at 14:00h , Check out until 12:00h.
ApartHotel Playa Dorada reserves the right to not accept reservations and therefore the entrance to the Hotel if the number of guests do not coincide with the booking.
It allows the cancelation or amendment with no extra cost until 14 days before the arrival date.
If the cancelation of the reservation is made within 14 days before the arrival date, the Guest will lose the down payment made when booking.

There is an Eco-Tax of 1.1€ per day and adult (over the age of 16) to pay at the Reception of the Hotel.
There is a discount of the 50% from the 9th day on.
